Hire AI-Augmented Developers
Hire AI-augmented developers - dedicated front-end, back-end, full-stack, mobile, data, AI and DevOps developers who work with AI tools and review every AI-assisted change themselves. You tell us what you need, interview the developers we propose, and keep the code in your own repositories from the first commit.
Our AI-augmented developer capabilities
- Front-end developers for web interfaces
- Back-end and API developers
- Full-stack developers for end-to-end features
- Mobile developers for iOS, Android and cross-platform
- Data and AI engineers
- DevOps engineers for pipelines and cloud
- You interview every proposed developer
- Code in your repositories, under NDA
What we deliver
One dedicated developer
A single AI-augmented developer joins your existing team, works in your tools and follows your process. Suits a team that needs one more skilled pair of hands or a missing skill.
A full team
Several developers - for example front-end, back-end and QA - who take ownership of a product or a major workstream, with the mix of roles agreed with you.
A milestone-priced project
An agreed scope split into milestones, each with a transparent price. Suits a defined build where you want to pay for delivered results rather than time.
Changing as you go
Start with one developer and add roles as the roadmap grows, or move from a project to an ongoing engagement. Terms are agreed with you up front.

How matching works
Matching starts with your requirements, not a CV pile. Tell us the product, the stack, the work in the first few milestones, how your team works day to day, and any rules your organisation has about AI tools. We reply within 24 hours, usually with questions that sharpen the brief.
We then propose developers whose experience fits that brief, with a short summary of the relevant work each one has done. You interview them - technical questions, a walk through code they have written, or a discussion of how they would approach your first milestone. Nobody starts on your project until you are happy with them.
Onboarding follows: the NDA is signed before kickoff, the developer gets access to your repositories, tracker and chat, sets up the project locally, and agrees the first milestone with you. From then on they work as part of your team.
What changes when your developers use AI tools
Day to day, you will notice that routine work arrives sooner. Boilerplate, forms and list screens, test suites, data mappings, migration scripts and documentation are drafted with AI tools and then corrected by the developer, so more of the hours you pay for go into design decisions, tricky logic and review. The full explanation of the model is on our AI-augmented software development page.
What does not change is accountability. Your developer is the author of record for every change, opens normal pull requests, writes or reviews the tests, and answers your questions about why the code works the way it does. AI makes them faster; it does not take their place in your team.
What to ask any vendor about AI use
Whoever you hire, ask these questions before you sign. Which AI tools do your developers use, and can we restrict them to tools our organisation approves? Is AI-generated code reviewed line by line by the developer before it reaches a pull request? Are prompts kept free of secrets, credentials and personal data? Who owns the code and IP, including anything AI helped to write? Can we rule out AI tools on specific repositories?
Good answers are specific: named tools, a review step you can see in the pull request history, a written rule about secrets in prompts, and IP ownership stated in the contract. Vague answers - or a promise that AI does the work and nobody needs to review it - are a reason to keep looking. Our own answers are in the FAQ below.
How you stay in control
The code lives in your repositories from the first commit, under your organisation's account, and you own the code and IP. Nothing is held back until a final handover, so you can see the work, run it and hand it to another team at any point.
Every change goes through pull requests that your own engineers can review, and you set the branch rules. Work is planned in milestones with a transparent price for each, and you see working software at the end of each milestone. If priorities change, the next milestone changes with them.
Choosing the right roles
Most projects need fewer roles than buyers expect at the start. A web product often begins with a full-stack developer, or a front-end and back-end pair; a mobile app with one cross-platform or two native developers; a data or AI feature with an engineer who can work across the data pipeline and the application code. DevOps help is often needed for a short period to set up pipelines and environments, then occasionally after that.
Tell us the outcome you need for the next few milestones and we will suggest the smallest set of roles that can deliver it. Each role links to its own hire page below, where you can see the skills involved.
