Software Development Company for Swiss Businesses
Hire dedicated AI-augmented developers for companies in Zurich, Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne and across Switzerland - web, mobile, cloud, fintech, data and AI software development. Working remotely from India in English with daily CET overlap, PixoBots developers use AI tools for integration scaffolding, test data and documentation, review every change and design for the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) from the start, so you add engineering capacity without competing for scarce local developers.

Working with Swiss teams from India
Swiss companies expect reliability: a realistic plan, estimates that hold, and documentation that someone else could pick up. We work that way by default. Requirements are written down and confirmed, estimates state their assumptions, and decisions are recorded in your ticket system. Collaboration, code, tickets and documentation run in English, the working language of most Swiss tech teams whatever their language region.
Switzerland runs on CET (UTC+1) in winter and CEST (UTC+2) in summer, so India is 4.5 hours ahead in winter and 3.5 hours ahead in summer. That gives a solid shared block from your morning into the early afternoon for stand-ups, refinement and demos, and a fix requested before lunch is often ready for testing the same day.
Software for finance, insurance and life sciences
Switzerland's economy leans on sectors where software has to be precise and auditable: private and retail banking, wealth management, insurance, pharmaceuticals and medtech, and precision manufacturing. We build client portals, onboarding and KYC workflows, internal tools for advisers and underwriters, reporting dashboards, and the APIs that connect them to core banking, policy-administration and ERP systems.
Banks and insurers that outsource significant functions fall under FINMA's outsourcing rules, which expect clear contracts, the ability to audit the provider, and continuity planning. We support that with documented processes, access controls, audit logs and code that lives in your repositories. Whether your project counts as a significant outsourcing, and what FINMA expects for it, is a question for your compliance team and legal advisers.
revFADP, GDPR and where your data lives
Switzerland's revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) has applied since September 2023 and is supervised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you also serve people in the EU, GDPR may apply on top. India is not on Switzerland's list of countries with adequate data protection, so our default is to avoid moving personal data at all: production stays in a Swiss or EU cloud region, engineers develop and test against anonymised or synthetic data, and any production access is time-limited and logged.
Where processing by our team cannot be avoided, we sign a data processing agreement and use Standard Contractual Clauses in the form the FDPIC recognises for Swiss transfers, and give your data protection adviser the documentation they need. This is general information, not legal advice: your adviser should confirm what your project requires.
Four languages, QR-bills and TWINT
Swiss products often need German, French and Italian interfaces, and sometimes English and Romansh too. We build proper localisation from the start: translatable strings, Swiss formats for dates, numbers and CHF amounts, and layouts that survive longer French and German text. Final copy in each language is best written or reviewed by native speakers on your side, including any Swiss German conventions.
Payments have Swiss specifics as well. The QR-bill has replaced the old orange and red payment slips, so invoicing and accounting systems need to generate and read it correctly, and many consumers expect TWINT alongside cards at checkout. We integrate both through established providers and banking interfaces rather than reinventing them.
Contracts, IP and invoicing
We sign an NDA before kickoff and you own the code and IP from the first commit. Work is priced transparently against milestones, invoiced in CHF or euros if you prefer, and contracts and documentation are in English. We reply to every inquiry within 24 hours.
Pixel-perfect software, delivered at AI speed
PixoBots stands for Pixel & Bots. Our Bots are dedicated developers who work with AI tools: AI takes the repetitive work, a developer reviews every line, and the result is pixel-perfect.
Pixel
Polished UI and clean, tested code - detail is part of the job, not an afterthought.
Bots
Dedicated developers who join your team and use AI for boilerplate, tests and documentation.
Savings
AI-assisted delivery can save more than 50% of development cost compared with traditional development.
