Pixobots provides software design, development, consulting and related engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, branding and design are owned by Pixobots or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Ownership of work products we create for clients is governed by the relevant project agreement; absent such terms, deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.

5. Inquiries & Submissions

Information you submit through our contact or inquiry forms is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential information through the Site before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixobots is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability relating to our Services is governed by the applicable project agreement.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
