Hire Flutter Developers
Hire senior Flutter developers who ship beautiful iOS and Android apps from a single Dart codebase. Our engineers specialise in Flutter 3.x, state management and native integrations, and can start within 48-72 hours.
What our Flutter developers bring
- Flutter 3.x and the Dart language
- Single codebase for iOS and Android
- State management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider)
- Native platform channels and device APIs
- Firebase, push notifications and offline sync
- App Store and Google Play release management
What they build
Cross-platform apps
One codebase, native performance on both iOS and Android.
MVPs
Get a polished mobile MVP to market fast and cost-effectively.
Consumer apps
Smooth, animation-rich UX for high-engagement products.

When Flutter is the right call - and when it isn't
Flutter earns its reputation on applications where the interface is largely your own design and the behaviour is consistent across platforms: marketplaces, booking and delivery apps, internal tools, dashboards, and most content-and-forms products. One codebase genuinely does the work of two there, and the rendering approach means the app looks identical on both platforms rather than subtly wrong on one.
It is a weaker choice when the app is essentially a thin shell over deep platform integration - complex background location, advanced camera pipelines, widgets and platform extensions, CarPlay or Android Auto, or anything depending on very new OS features the day they ship. Those are all possible in Flutter, but each pushes you into platform channels and native code, which erodes the single-codebase saving that justified the decision.
The other honest consideration is app size and startup. A Flutter binary carries its own rendering engine, so it starts larger than an equivalent native app. For most products that is irrelevant; for a utility competing on being tiny and instant, it is not. We would rather raise that at the outset than after the first store submission.
What we look for when vetting Flutter developers
Writing Dart and assembling widgets is the easy part, and almost every candidate can do it. The differences show up in state management: whether someone can justify choosing Riverpod, Bloc or something simpler for a given problem, and whether they can keep a widget tree from becoming an unmaintainable pile of nested builders once the app grows past a few screens.
We also look for platform literacy, because cross-platform does not mean platform-ignorant. A capable Flutter developer still needs to handle iOS and Android permission models, deal with signing and provisioning, understand store review realities, and be able to drop into Swift or Kotlin when a platform channel is unavoidable. Developers who have never opened Xcode tend to discover this at the worst moment.
Finally we look at testing and release discipline - widget and integration tests, reproducible builds, and staged rollouts - because mobile is unforgiving. A bad web release is reverted in minutes; a bad store release can take days to reach users, which changes how carefully you have to ship.
