design_services UI/UX Design

UI/UX Design

UI/UX design that runs from research and wireframes to high-fidelity Figma prototypes your users will love. Approved screens go straight to dedicated developers who use AI tools for design-to-code first drafts, then refine every component until it matches the design to the pixel.

travel_explore Discovery

Research and Discovery Before Pixels

Most redesigns that disappoint skipped this step. Discovery starts with what you already have - analytics, support tickets, sales-call notes and session recordings - then fills the gaps with a handful of user interviews and, for existing products, a heuristic review of the current interface. The output is short and practical: who the primary users are, the jobs they come to do, where they get stuck, and the few measures (task completion, sign-up rate, time to first value) that will show whether the new design works.

From there we test ideas cheaply before polishing them. Clickable Figma prototypes go in front of a small group of real users each round; we watch where they hesitate, fix the flow, and test again. Changing a prototype takes hours, while changing shipped code takes sprints.

accessibility_new Systems & Accessibility

Design Systems, Tokens and Accessible Design

A design system keeps a growing product consistent. We define design tokens - colour, typography, spacing, radius, elevation and motion - as named variables in Figma, with light and dark modes, and build components on top of them with every state designed: default, hover, focus, disabled, loading, error and empty. Because the same tokens are exported to code, a brand colour change is one edit rather than a hunt through hundreds of screens.

Accessibility is designed in, not audited at the end. We design to WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria: text and interface contrast, visible focus states, touch targets large enough for thumbs, labels and error messages that do not rely on colour alone, logical heading and reading order, and motion that respects reduced-motion settings. Annotations for keyboard order and screen-reader labels travel with the designs, so developers do not have to guess.

straighten The Pixel in PixoBots

From Figma to Code, Pixel for Pixel

PixoBots stands for Pixel & Bots, and this is where the Pixel half shows. Handoff happens in Figma Dev Mode: frames marked ready for development, measurements and token names on every element, component variants linked to their code counterparts, and responsive behaviour documented for each breakpoint rather than left to interpretation.

Our dedicated developers use AI tools to draft the first pass - component scaffolding from Figma frames, token files, Storybook stories and visual regression tests. The developer then does the part that needs judgement: checking each component against the design at every breakpoint, fixing spacing, line-height and alignment drift, wiring real data and edge cases such as long names and empty states, and testing keyboard and screen-reader behaviour. Built screens are then reviewed side by side with Figma before they ship, so what users see matches what you approved.

Pixel & Bots

Pixel-perfect software, delivered at AI speed

PixoBots stands for Pixel & Bots. Our Bots are dedicated developers who work with AI tools: AI takes the repetitive work, a developer reviews every line, and the result is pixel-perfect.

Pixel

Polished UI and clean, tested code - detail is part of the job, not an afterthought.

Bots

Dedicated developers who join your team and use AI for boilerplate, tests and documentation.

Savings

AI-assisted delivery can save more than 50% of development cost compared with traditional development.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our UI/UX design service. Can't find what you need? Feel free to contact us.

How long does it take to design a web app? expand_more
The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. A typical UI/UX phase ranges from 2-6 weeks, including research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Which pricing model do you follow: dedicated resource or a milestone-priced project? expand_more
We offer both models depending on your needs. For long-term projects, a dedicated resource model is often more flexible, while a milestone-priced project, with an agreed scope and a price per milestone, works well for well-defined work.
Do you provide responsive web design and development? expand_more
Yes. Every interface we design is responsive by default and is checked on mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes so it looks and works well on each.
Will I have a single point of contact? expand_more
Yes. You will have one named point of contact who coordinates the designers and developers, runs the reviews and keeps you updated on progress.
Who will work on my design project? expand_more
PixoBots provides UI/UX design as a service: we assign designers suited to your project and stay responsible for the quality and delivery of the work. You review the designs at every milestone.
Can I see my website design while it is in progress? expand_more
Yes, we maintain full transparency. You'll have access to live design files (Figma) and staging environments.
Do I need a face-to-face meeting with the team to begin the project? expand_more
No. We start with a kickoff meeting - usually a video call - to align on goals and expectations. You can meet in person if you prefer.
Do you design for accessibility (WCAG)? expand_more
Yes. We design to WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria - colour contrast, visible focus states, adequate touch targets, clear labels and errors, and logical reading order - and annotate keyboard and screen-reader behaviour in the Figma files so developers build it correctly.
What do developers receive at design handoff? expand_more
Developers get Figma files in Dev Mode with frames marked ready, design tokens for colour, type and spacing, component variants with every state, responsive rules for each breakpoint and accessibility annotations. That removes guesswork and makes a pixel-perfect build realistic.
Is there any hidden cost? expand_more
No. We provide a transparent breakdown of costs in our initial proposal.
What other services do you offer once my design is complete? expand_more
We offer end-to-end services including development, SEO, maintenance and marketing, so your project keeps improving after launch.
