Why Unify Your Processes?
-
Eliminate Data Silos
Stop the fragmentation of information. One central database for all departments.
-
Automated Workflows
Reduce manual errors by automating repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
-
Real-Time Compliance
Automated audit logs and tax compliance reporting integrated directly into your operations.
What a Unified ERP Improves
- Operational SpeedFewer hand-offs between departments and systems, so approvals and orders move faster.
- Fewer Manual ErrorsData is entered once and validated at the source instead of being re-keyed between spreadsheets.
- Inventory AccuracyStock levels update in real time across warehouses, sales and purchasing.
Custom ERP or Configure a Platform?
The first decision is not which modules to build, but whether to build at all. Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP each cover standard finance, purchasing, inventory and HR processes well, and they suit different sizes and styles of organisation. We help you weigh the options honestly before any code is written.
Configure an existing ERP when
Your processes are close to industry standard, you want proven accounting and tax localisation out of the box, and you are willing to adapt some ways of working to the software. Here our work is configuration, custom modules or extensions on the platform, integrations and data migration - not a rewrite.
Build a custom ERP when
Your core operation is what sets you apart - unusual production, pricing, scheduling or compliance rules - and a packaged ERP would need so much customisation that upgrades become painful. A custom core can still lean on proven tools for general ledger or payroll rather than reinventing them.
From Scope to Go-Live
Module scoping
We map end-to-end processes - order to cash, procure to pay, plan to produce, hire to retire - before talking about modules, because ERP failures usually start where one department's process hands off to another. Each process is classified as standard, configurable or genuinely unique, and the first release is limited to the modules that remove the biggest daily pain. Everything else goes on a prioritised backlog rather than delaying go-live.
Data migration
Migration is the most underestimated workstream. Master data - customers, suppliers, items, bills of materials, chart of accounts - needs de-duplicating and an agreed owner for each field. Decide early how much transaction history to bring across; open balances and open orders are essential, while years of closed transactions are often better left in an archive the team can still search. Run several trial migrations, reconcile totals against the old system each time, and let finance sign off the opening balances before cutover.
Phased rollout and integrations
A big-bang switchover concentrates risk into one weekend. Most organisations are better served by rolling out by module (finance first, then inventory and purchasing) or by site, with a pilot location proving each phase. Integrations with e-commerce, CRM, banking, payroll, shipping carriers and shop-floor systems run through a documented API or integration layer, so each connection can be tested, monitored and replaced independently. Plan for a period of parallel running and focused support for key users after each phase goes live.
What drives the total cost
ERP cost depends far more on scope than on technology. The biggest drivers are the number of distinct processes and business rules, the number and quality of systems to integrate, the volume and condition of legacy data, multi-company, multi-currency and localisation needs, how far a packaged platform is customised, licence or hosting model, and the time your own staff can give to workshops, testing and training. Ongoing costs - upgrades, support and enhancements - belong in the business case from day one. We price in transparent milestones so each phase has a clear scope before it starts.
Where AI-augmented developers help
Much ERP work is repetitive: field-mapping and transformation scripts for migration, CRUD screens for master data, report queries and regression tests for every posting rule. Our developers use AI tools to draft those pieces from your specifications and sample data, then review, test and reconcile the results themselves, leaving more time for process design and the edge cases finance and operations care about.
Pixel-perfect software, delivered at AI speed
PixoBots stands for Pixel & Bots. Our Bots are dedicated developers who work with AI tools: AI takes the repetitive work, a developer reviews every line, and the result is pixel-perfect.
Pixel
Polished UI and clean, tested code - detail is part of the job, not an afterthought.
Bots
Dedicated developers who join your team and use AI for boilerplate, tests and documentation.
Savings
AI-assisted delivery can save more than 50% of development cost compared with traditional development.
Enterprise FAQ
Should we build a custom ERP or use Odoo, Dynamics 365 or SAP?
Configure a packaged ERP when your processes are close to industry standard and you value built-in accounting and tax localisation. Build custom when your core operation is genuinely unique and a package would need heavy customisation that makes upgrades painful. Many projects combine both - a packaged core with custom modules and integrations.
What is the typical deployment timeline for an enterprise solution?
Enterprise rollouts usually run from 6 months to 2 years depending on scope. We phase delivery into milestones so you see working capability early rather than waiting for one big launch.
How do you handle legacy data migration?
We start with a data audit, then map, cleanse and migrate in stages with validation and rollback plans at each stage, so data is checked before cutover and downtime is kept to a minimum.
Is the ERP cloud-based or on-premise?
Either - we design for cloud, on-premise or hybrid based on your security, compliance and cost requirements.
How do you manage software updates for multiple departments?
Updates ship through staged, versioned releases with department-aware rollout and training, so changes land smoothly without disrupting operations.
Can we integrate 3rd party and legacy tools?
Yes. We connect your ERP to existing CRMs, databases and third-party services through robust, secure API integration layers.
What training and support is provided for employees?
We provide role-based training, documentation and onboarding sessions, plus a support channel so teams adopt the system quickly and confidently.
How do you ensure data security and role-based access?
We enforce least-privilege role-based access control, encryption, audit logging and security reviews during development across the whole platform.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and upgrades?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance can cover updates, security patches and feature enhancements, scoped with you after launch, so the platform keeps improving.
