Everyone Has Numbers. Nobody Agrees.
Sales quotes one revenue figure, finance quotes another, and the meeting turns into an argument about whose spreadsheet is right instead of what to do next.
That isn't a reporting problem — it's a definitions problem. We build a governed metrics layer where "revenue" and "active customer" mean exactly one thing, then put it behind dashboards your team actually opens. One number, one meaning, updated in real time.
Need the warehouse underneath it too? That's data warehousing — the two fit together.
One Number, One Meaning
A governed metrics layer ends the "whose figure is right?" argument for good.
Answers in Seconds
No more waiting days for an analyst to pull a report that's stale on arrival.
Dashboards People Open
Built around the decisions each team makes — not a wall of every chart we could produce.
End-to-End BI & Reporting
From the first pipeline to the dashboard on the boardroom screen.
Executive Dashboards
Board- and C-suite views that answer the handful of questions leadership actually asks.
KPI & Metrics Layer
Define every metric once, centrally — so the same number means the same thing everywhere.
Power BI, Tableau & Looker
We build in the tool you already own, or help you pick one if you're starting fresh.
Data Pipelines
Ingestion from your CRM, ERP, product and ad platforms - AI drafts the pipeline code and data-quality tests, a developer reviews them before they run.
Real-Time & Alerting
Streaming metrics with thresholds that page the right person before a problem becomes a crisis.
Self-Service Analytics
Governed datasets and training so teams answer their own questions without queuing for an analyst.
From Arguing About Data to Acting on It
The shift a working BI layer actually produces.
Reporting Stops Eating Weeks
The manual month-end spreadsheet scramble becomes a dashboard that was already up to date.
Meetings Get Shorter
Nobody relitigates whose number is correct, because there is only one number.
Problems Surface Early
Alerting catches the dip in week one instead of the quarterly review.
Define the KPI, Then Draw It
Most dashboard disputes trace back to a metric nobody wrote down. For every KPI we agree a short definition: who owns it, the exact formula, the grain (per order, per customer, per day), what is excluded (refunds, test accounts, internal users), which time zone and fiscal calendar apply, and which system is the source of truth.
Those definitions then live in a semantic layer - a Power BI semantic model, LookML in Looker or the dbt Semantic Layer - rather than inside individual reports. Change a definition once and every dashboard, export and self-service query picks it up, which is what keeps finance and sales quoting the same figure.
Why Dashboards Get Abandoned
Dashboards usually die quietly: they load slowly, show forty charts when three matter, disagree with a number finance trusts, or never say what to do when a metric moves. Within a few months people drift back to spreadsheets.
We design each dashboard around one audience and the decisions it makes, show a visible "data as of" timestamp so users know how fresh the figures are, keep load times short with aggregated models, and read the BI tool's usage logs after launch - improving the reports people open and retiring the ones nobody does.
